I did Workout #1 today! I def needed to do knee push-ups, & did the circuit 2 (not 3) times. I have a question about HIIT though – I first tried to do it on the treadmill, but since I’m normally an outside runner, I felt like I was going to fly off the treadmill, so switched to the elliptical. For the 1:30 regular intensity, I did a 7 on both resistance/intensity and on cross-ramp, & for the 30 second interval, I increased to 11 on resistance/intensity & decreased to 5 on cross-ramp (going as hard/fast as possible). Do you have a better idea for using the elliptical for the HIIT portion? THANKS!

Glad to hear you have a place for at least 9 months, but sorry some of the other things are a little more restrictive, although I can understand the pool/play ground and adult supervision from a liability stand point. I hope you can figure out a way to work at the playground/pool so you’re not cooped up inside all the time. Since there is no internet in either location maybe pick the one that saves yours and the kids sanity.

I have a 4 year old Cali-king snake. I had a daughter a couple years back and I stopped handling him because I didn’t like to touch the snake and then touch my newborn. Now the snake goes to snap at my hand when I go in to handle him, and I have been to afraid to get bitten. Is there a way I can go about retraining him to be friendly?

Works well with mod Works well but the bowl lift mixers do not have the spring that the tilt head mixers have and this effects the performance of this accessory. Without a spring to push the beater down it does not scrape the sides as clean as it should. I found a spring that fits and I’m now very happy with the performance. Kitchen Aid does not include the spring because it would be hard to keep clean.

I’ve found the apparently increasing interconnectedness of the internet to be a big problem. Websites often contain links to Twitter, Facebook, and parts of Google that seem to load very slowly or not at all in China- which can prevent the whole site from loading even if it’s not specifically blocked. One workaround is to reload the page and quickly press escape, stopping loading when most of the page is there but the offending elements haven’t yet been loaded. Another, more laborious, one is to use Adblock to disable all parts of the page coming from blocked sites.

since I heard about AirTreks from Tim Ferriss book, The Four Hour Workweek, I’ve been stalking their site every few months to daydream about my around-the-world trip.

I’ll explain this a little better than the article does. 10nM feature etching is possible today. it’s all a matter of focusing the light onto a pattern. The brighter the light source, the larger the pattern that can be etched at one time. if a light source is dimmer than it takes several exposure patterns to complete one entire circuit layout. This takes additional time on the equipment for each chip so there is less throughput / yield from a fab.

I have the later with a 350d I’m thinking of upgrading to a later-gen Canon body like the 650d. I must admit i bought the maxi cosi Group 0 seat as it fit on my pram. I also bought the ISOFIX base too. I loved it and found it very safe.Ive just bought the next stage and gone for a Kiddy infinity seat, Quite a new seat i think, that has an impact cushion instead on 5 point harness. So far so good we both love it… It is a minefield choosing seats they vary so much…
