I’ve started logging my food intake using an iPhone app. In my case, I’m trying to get a better idea of how I eat. I hadn’t realized that my eating habits had gotten so off track. Keeping an accurate log is something my nutritionist had me do a dew years ago, when I was actively watching my weight. I’m hoping doing it again will get me back on track.

I recently bought a sealed jar containing grated parmesan cheese. When I got it home and opened it I found inside a huge green colored ball of what appeared to be mold. I have quite a collection of seasonal quilts. A lot of them are wall hanging size. I would change them out every month in the lobby of the building where I worked. Unfortunately, we moved last year and the lobby is much smaller with less wall space, so my quilting exhibit has ended. At first I couldn't believe that this picture was taken through a drawer frame. At first glance I felt it had to be something a lot larger. I love both pictures, but I too prefer the last one. We have nothing to lose and EVERYTHING to gain. We have several new stores opening at Marketstreet Mall(Dillards, Dicks Sporting, etc) and are making up personalized flyers for their grand openings. All these employees need to live somewhere-can’t think of a better place than HH

We have however to be aware that this is the common practice in trials in Egypt and therefore Mubarak is receiving the same treatment as anybody else. I don’t think Mubarak or his defence lawyer have argued that he should not be in the cage, which I think was the ase in the case from Russia you are referring to.
