The hot water monentarily spraying is an indication of an ice blockage in the line. It's similar to holding your thumb over a garden hose to make it spray further. When the ice partially blocks the hot water line it creates a pressure point that results in a spray effect. Once melted the water flow returns to normal. As suggested by an earlier answer, your best and easiest solution is to leave your water dripping during hours of freezing temps. I lived in NW Montana for 25 years and fought this problem every winter. Was this answer helpful?

The biggest issue I see with OPower is the demand of $$$ to keep a paper bill initiative alive. Their Facebook platform seems like a step in a direction that provides value at a lower maintenance cost, but I don’t see them as the leader in the online energy space. Sites like MyEnergy.com seem to be running under the radar, but making strong pushes and innovation. Either way I’d like to see an overview of cost/value we’re really seeing from efforts like these, cause it seems like the spend a whole lot to drop the “data” play w/o the behavioral proof.

I work for a small press so I’m certainly biased, but I think small presses are able to take risks with the books they publish that larger presses aren’t always able to take or willing to make. Hi Elizabeth, I too paint with acrylics. From an instructor, I learned a little trick to keep your paints moist while painting. Fill a small spray bottle with water and turn the nozzle to fine mist and use this to spritz your paints occasionally. If I am not finished painting but have paint on my palette, I spray it with water and cover with aluminum foil. My palette is a porcelain tray with sides to bend the foil around. It stays moist even over night. Hope this helps and happy painting.

Hi Catherine – I usually put the baking temperature and time on the recipes with the filling, but my general rule of thumb is to bake medium sized empanadas (same as store bought size) at 400F for about 20–25 minutes. If they are smaller I bake them at 375F for 15–20 minutes. Exact baking time and temperature can be adjusted based on your oven. I do brush them with egg yolk right before baking, it helps give them that nice golden glow. Fine with me if you link to this recipe

I don't know if it's a wise move to make it go by country. Some countries have several languages, and some languages occur in multiple countries. Also, maybe there should be a language English/American (or country „whole world“ or something), with coupled featured video's?Although I'm from the Netherlands a lot of my youtube friends are from the U.S. and other countries, all of them usually post in language English. I prefer to see featured English language video's instead of only Dutch video's so I switch to country U.S. although I don't live there…

I have logged as each type of account (admin, standard and now root) I have double checked the text file and it has been formatted correctly. Used text edit and also microsoft work (apple).The OS I am running is 10.6.7. Do you think that this is the issue? I have looked all over the internet and can’t seem to find help on this.

This has to be the worst update I've witnessed since I started using YT. How could anyone possibly think it was a good idea to 1) decrease the number of videos shown on one page, 2) remove most of the filtering options, and 3) increase the amount of clicks required to view videos?The fact that about 95% of the commenters here and in the forum hate the new design should speak for itself.
