I’m enjoying my meals more because I am not “dieting” by itself. We’ve reduce white foods generally (no bread or rice or pasta) on the other hand am eating as you desire, and thoroughly enjoying it. I had to have a disc removed 5yrs. ago as I was in so much pain. I know it’s not the same thing but similar. I am 42yrs. The pain is nothing like it was I could hardly walk, but I still get a lot of pain. I take Taramadol which is quite good but I can’t say I ever have a pain free day. All in all I would say have the surgery it will help. I think once a bad back always a bad back. Good luck.

When my niece was a baby she was severely allergic to eggs and all egg products, she couldnt eat most baked goods from stores (everything had to be home made for her). This can happen with lesser allergies as well, as long as you stay completely away from whatever you are allergic to for a few years, you can outgrow it. This is what their allergist told them, and… it worked!
